Jessica is an Assistant Service Agent working with our Commercial Lines team, bringing a strong foundation in client advocacy and claims resolution. A graduate of Miami University, she holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation.

After a decade as a stay-at-home mom, Jessica re-entered the insurance industry with a renewed passion for client service. She is known for her ability to listen, empathize, and deliver thoughtful solutions.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys spending time with her three children and staying active in her community.
