Operations Manager



Nicole oversees the agency’s day-to-day operations (vendors, technology, intercompany objectives, etc.) and overall execution of the agency’s marketing plan. 

Since joining Dempsey & Siders in 2014, she has held the roles of Personal Lines Supervisor, Personal Lines Manager, and currently serves as Operations Manager for the agency.   She earned a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in business administration from Wittenberg University and currently holds the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. She has been a licensed insurance agent for over 10 years, and in 2024, she was named an Emerging Insurance Leader by the Cincinnati Insurance Board. 

She loves spending time with her husband and two young sons, watching sports (Ohio State Buckeyes, Cincinnati Reds, and Cincinnati Cyclones being favorites), playing board games, and discovering new podcasts.
