Nicole oversees the agency’s day-to-day operations (vendors, technology, intercompany objectives, etc.) and overall execution of the agency’s marketing plan. As a licensed insurance agent, she directly oversees the personal lines team.
Nicole joined Dempsey & Siders in 2014, previously working at an independent agency in Madison, WI. She earned a B.A. in Communication with a concentration in business administration from Wittenberg University and currently holds the certified insurance service representative (CISR) designation.
She loves spending time with her husband and two young sons, watching Ohio State football, playing board games, and finding new podcasts.
