Melanie is a licensed insurance agent at Dempsey & Siders. With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, she brings a well-rounded background in personal and commercial lines, financial operations, claims, and customer service management.

She joined the agency in January 2023 and quickly became known for her problem-solving mindset and ability to “fix” whatever comes her way.

Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, she now lives in Florence with her husband and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, and caring for her beloved pets—four cats and a dog. She’s passionate about helping others in the community and often spends her free time working on home improvement projects or volunteering.
