Rachel is a Senior Service Agent at Dempsey & Siders Insurance Agency, where she helps clients navigate their insurance needs with confidence and clarity. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, she has built her career on delivering outstanding sales and service. Through empathy and clear communication, she develops lasting relationships rooted in trust. Rachel is known for creating customized insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs, helping them understand their coverage options so they can make informed and confident decisions.
Rachel holds a Certificate in Finance Foundations: Risk Management and is currently pursuing her Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation to further expand her industry knowledge and expertise.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her animals, and tending to her mini farm, which includes goats, sheep, and chickens. She appreciates the balance and perspective that country living brings to her life.
