This is not how we planned to introduce you to our new website. We wanted our first message to be about our values as a company, our commitment to you, and our employees. We planned to present our new website, new look, and new features that we have spent such a long time developing. But that is not the position we find ourselves in today.
Today, we want to assure you that amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the safety of our employees, and continued service to our clients will always be our top priority. We are taking every precaution to continue serving you. It will just be a little different.
With an abundance of caution, we have decided that effective today, our employees will begin working exclusively from home until further notice. In-person meetings will now be conference calls or video chats, and upcoming travel has been canceled or postponed.
How will this impact you? Hopefully, it won’t. We have received assurances from our carrier partners that they are ready for this and will be operating business as usual. Our agency utilizes technology and software that will make this period easier. We will still be answering our phones, checking our physical mail, checking our email, and doing our daily responsibilities.
We are simply asking that you do not visit our office. Please first contact us by phone, email, or through this website, and we will talk to you about how to best address your needs. We also ask that you have a little patience with us. We are learning an entirely new way to work with our clients and with each other.
